This tip is part of a chart designed for a client developing into a self-directed team to ensure all team tasks were covered:


VisTeam Responsibilities Chart  

 

Instructions:

        Add/delete/modify tasks to be covered by VT

        In the four columns (VisTeam, VirTeams, HubTeam and Indiv), check 

              who does/should do each task

             Cluster tasks into logical groupings if sensible to do so

             Determine standards of performance for each team/individual

             For VisTeam, VirTeams, HubTeam develop processes to complete tasks
